This is an important notice regarding your attendance at Spaulding High School for the 2010/2011 school year. All Wakefield students attending Spaulding High School if you have not filled out your Student Assignment form for the 2010/2011 school year please be sure to pick up your form or download the form from the Paul School website. The Student Assignment form must be completed and returned to the Paul School prior to the first day of the 2010/2011 school year. Student Assignment Tuition Form
